虾类血细胞及体液免疫的研究现状

摘    要:70年代以来一些资料表明,在虾类细胞免疫反应中血细胞是主要的作用因素,但对于血细胞分类及其各自功能尚无定论,而体液免疫是非牧场划性的血淋巴中的一些酶及调节因子,免疫多糖能明显提高虾类的免疫因子的数量和活性,有机污染和的直接影响虾类血细胞和体液因子的免疫活性,这些工程的开展为我们虾类病害防治提供了一条有效的途径。

Abstract:The data from 1970's shows that the blood cell is the major cellular immune factor, but still there are uncertainties with regard to the differentiation of the blood cells and the roles. The humoral immunity is unspecialized. Some enzymes and regulatory factors in haemolymph play an important role in the humoral immunity.Immunopolysaccharide can obviously improve the quantity and activity of the immunity factors in shrimps.and organic pollution directly influences the immune activity of haemocyte and humoral factors.It is expected to provide a useful way for the prevention and control of shrimp diseases.
