硬质球形塑料浮子强度设计理论的研究

摘    要:本文对捕捞工况下的硬质球形塑料浮子进行应力分析,揭示浮子应力分布的特性和影响应力大小的诸要素。在此基础上建立了无筋型、有筋型浮子的强度设计数理模式:无筋型浮子:t=,有筋型浮子:t=。并就浮子的焊接结构、加强筋构造及其有关参数等问题作了探讨。

Abstract:The tension state of hard spherical plastic float under fishing condition has been studied,with a set of factors being revealed which affect both the tension distribution and its magnitude,and upon these bases,the strength design mathematical models of floats either without reinforcing ribs or with reinforcing ones have been set up(see equations).Apart from this,the welding structure,reinforcing rib structure and their related factors of float have also been discussed.
