| 摘 要： | 测定了浒苔的主要营养成分。结果表明：浒苔中粗蛋白含量为13．21％，脂肪为1．04％，灰分为21．87％；浒苔氨基酸中谷氨酸的含量相对较高，占总氨基酸含量的13．80％；不饱和脂肪酸中亚麻酸的含量最高，占总脂肪酸含量的15．98％。

| Abstract: | The nutrition composition of Entermorpha prolifera were analyzed.The result showed that in Entermorpha prolifera,the contents of crude protein,fat and ash were 13.21 %,1.04 % and 21.87 %,respectively,that the glutamic acid was relatively high and could reach 13.80 % of total amino acids content,the contents of linolenic acid was 15.98 % of total fatty acids which was the highest in unsatured fatty acids. |
