鱼类产品中镉测定方法的研究

摘    要:研究鱼类产品中镉的测定,样品经微波消解后,以纯水为介质,在最佳条件下,镉在0.0~4.0μg/L范围内线性良好(r=0.999 3),相对标准偏差为8.3%~11.5%,样品加标回收率为88.0%~102.9%。该方法简单、快速、重现性好、灵敏度高,结果令人满意。
