| 摘 要： | 对失效的38CrMoALA注塑机螺杆，从宏观表面磨损及微观金相组织角度进行了分析，指出了热处理过程中存在的缺陷，并提出合理的等温氮化热处理工艺。

| Abstract: | The macro surface wear and micro structure of a 38CrMoAlA failure screw in injection molding machine were analyzed, the existing defects in the heat-treatment were pointed out, and finally a reasonable isothermal nitriding procedure was provided. |
