| 摘 要： | 齿轮变位系数的优化对提高承载能力至关重要。本文研究了变位系数与承载能力的关系，提出了最优变位系数的选择原则。文中针对船用齿轮不同的中心距配置情况，讨论了利用齿轮封闭图实现优化变位系数的ＣＡＤ方法。研究和应用结果表明，优化齿轮变位系数可提高承载能力１５％以上，具有推广价值。

| Abstract: | The relation between modification coefficient and loadability is studied,and the principle of the choice of optimum modification coefficient is pres-ented in this paper.Aiso a CAD method of optimizing modification coeffi-cient is discussed by means of the profile limiting charts of gears,basedon the difference of the center distance of vessel-gears.The results of studyand application show that the loadability of gears can be much improved byoptimizing modification coefficient. |
