| 摘 要： | 本文确定了从柠檬酸厂废黑曲霉菌丝体中制备壳聚糖的工艺条件，得干燥壳聚糖产品的脱乙酰度为96.82％，1％壳聚糖的1％醋酸溶液的运动粘度为5.41×10－4m2／s，粘均分子量为7.89×104，灰分为3.75％，得率为3.35％。
