水母的化学组成及生物活性的研究进展

摘    要:概述了水母的化学成份及其活性功能,包括水母中脂肪酸、氨基酸和其他无机元素的组成,其具有治疗心血管疾病、糖尿病和抗癌等作用,目前对水母的生物活性成份及作用正在研究中.现综述水母毒素的成份和活性功能,为进一步研究水母的生物活性及药理作用奠定基础,为海洋保健品以及海洋药物的开发和利用提供参考.

Abstract:Jellyfish are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria,their chemical compositions in-clude toxins,fatty acids,amino acids and inorganic elements which have the important nutritional value,espe-cially have the important medicinal value in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,diabetes and cancer dis-ease.This paper reviewed new advances in the studies of the chemical compositions and active functions of jel-lyfish in the recent years.
