| 摘 要： | 端粒酶是一种具有逆转录酶特性的DNA聚合酶,临床检测发现在很多恶性肿瘤中都能检测到端粒酶的活性,端粒酶可以作为诊断这些肿瘤的生物学标志.在某些肿瘤中,端粒酶表达会随着肿瘤的进展而上调,因此又可以作为肿瘤恶性程度评价的一个指标.而化疗后端粒酶的变化与临床疗效密切相关,因此也可作为临床疗效及预后判断的指标.

| Abstract: | Telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein enzyme that can synthesizes telomeric DNA, high telomerase activity has been found in many tumors, and telomerase was thought to be a biology sing for diagnosis. In some kinds of tumor, the expression of telomerase will be higher as the tumor progression ,it is thought to be a marker to evaluate the level of malignant. The expression of telomerase activity seems to be correlates with the clinical effect of chemical therapy, it can also be a marker to predict clinical treatment effect and prognostic. |
