地方高校安全工程专业人才培养模式的初步研究与实践

作为地方性高校的安全工程专业,只有立足行业,主动适应企业和社会发展需要,才能使所办专业具有特色和生命力。本文在充分调研论证的基础上,以石油化工和船舶修造行业为背景和依托,提出了我校安全工程专业人才培养模式和课程体系,阐明了安全工程专业人才培养途径。通过探索与实践,逐步形成地方性高校安全工程专业应用型人才培养的特色。

Preliminary Studies and Practices on the Cultivation Mode of Safety Engineering Specialized Talents in Local Universities

For the major of safety engineering in local colleges and universities,only if it is established on the basis of local industry and adapted initiatively to the development of society and enterprises,can it has its own features and vitality.In the present paper,after sufficient survey and demonstrations,the authors proposed the talents cultivation mode and curriculum system of safety engineering specialty,and also stated the corresponding cultivation approaches,relying on the industry background of petroleum and chemical,ship building and repairing.It is expected that the cultivation of safety engineering specialized application talents with solid foundation,strong ability,high comperhensive quality,innovative spirit and comparatively strong practical ability would be realized through constant explorations and practices,and the cultivation features of safety engineering specialized talents in local universities will be gradually formed.
