大容重木材流送的技术问题

<正>大容重木材流送问题的实质是使它在流送全过程中保持必要的漂浮能力,这种漂浮能力可由木材的有效浮力和容许漂浮流送的时间来表示。文章列举了中同东北、西南、东南三大林区对一些有代表性的大容重树种木材所进行的流送前木材干燥和浸水试验的方法和测试结果,在分析成果的基础上,比较全面地提出了合理解决大容重木材流送的技术措施。

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IN FLOATING LOGS OF HEAVY VOLUME WEIGHT

The key to solve the problem of floating logs of heavy volume weight is to keep the necessary buoyancy of the log in the whole period of floating which can be expressed by the effective buoyancy and the time allowable for the log to float. This paper puts forward some drying and soaking test methods and results of logs of heavy volume weight of the typical tree species in Northeast, Southwest and Southeast China forestry regions adopted and obtained before the floating. Bassed on the analyses of the test results, comprehensive technical measures for rationally settling the problem of floating logs of heavy volume weight are suggested.
