| 摘 要： | 针对黄河三角洲盐碱地区的自然特点，吸取１９４９年以来该地区农业开发正反两方面的经验教训，提出了在生活学原理指导下，以建立稳定高效的农业生态系统、促进社会经济可持续发展为主线，综合改良土壤，调整种植结构。实行农、林、牧业综合开发的构想。 |

| Abstract: | In accordance with the natural characteristics of saline and alkaline land in Yellow River delta, the paper incorporates both positive and negative experiences and lessons of agricultural development in this region since 1949 and proposes a strategic concept which includes improving the soil comprehensively, adjusting the planting composition, developing the agriculture, forestry and husbandry synthetically. Such a concept is based on the stable, efficient agriculture and forestry ecological system and sustainable development of social economy. |
