碘值,亚甲基蓝及焦糖脱色力与活性炭孔隙结构的关系

摘    要:分析测定了原料及活化方法不同的几种活性炭的常规性质和孔隙性质,研究了活性炭的碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝脱色力及焦糖脱色力与活性炭孔隙结构之间的关系,得知活性炭对这3种物质的吸附能力,取决于其孔隙结构中半径0.55nm附近、0.8nm附近及1.4nm以上孔隙的发达程度。

Abstract:The normal property for a few kinds of activated carbons derived from different starting materials and activation methods,and their pore structure have been determined.The relationship between the Iodine number,Methylene blue adsorption,Caramel adsorption and the pore structure of activated carbon have been analyzed. It is concluded that the adsorptivity for this three adsorbentes is dependent on the activated carbon pore volume of such radius about 0.55nm,about 0.8nm or above 1.4nm.
