杉木无性系扦插生根能力遗传变异的研究

摘    要:从种子园、家庭、个体三个水平上详细研究了杉木768个无性系扦插生根能力的遗传为异规律。衡量无性系杵插生根能力的4个性状(不定根总数、不定根总生、侧根总数和最生一根不定根长度),在种子园、家系、无性系各个水平上均存在极显著的差异,其中大部分变异在无性系水平。首次揭示了杉木扦插生根能力的家系效应和无性系水平。首次揭示了杉木扦插生根能力的家系效应和无性系效应。杉木无性系各生根性均受到较强的遗传控制,通过

Abstract:Variation on rooting ability associated with geographic origings (seed orchard), families within seed orchard, and individuals (clones) within families were evaluated in this research. There is an appreciable variation of four rooting traits at all three levels. Greater genetic variance components at clonal level in each of the rooting traits were observed. The rooting traits of cuttings are strongly under genetic control. In addition, the correlations among the propagation coefficient of ortets, the rooting ability of cutting and the growth of ortets (Stem Volume) were also discussed.
