| 摘 要： | 结合集体林业产权制度改革的实践，从法律角度探讨林业产权制度创新的新思路。提出从明晰林业产权入手，在渐进的林权交易市场中，完善其运行机制，从而增加农民资产性收入，使林权结构与产权关系的制度安排日趋规范、合理。
