| Abstract: | 28 characters of 11 taxa classifical units Nothotsuga longibracteata, Tsuga dumosa, T. mertensiana, Keteleeria, Pseudotsuga and so on are selected for the research of numerical taxonomy. Between longibracted Hemlock and other species of Tsuga there are distinct differences on form and the feature of anatomy with the distance coeffient more than the numerical value 0. 513 carve up line of the genus. The outcome of the numerical taxonomy supports the standpoint of the establishment of the genus Nothotsuga. According to the outcome of cluster analysis, Tsuga should be divided into 3 sections: Sect. 1 Tsuga; Sect. 2 Canadensis nov. sect, and Sect. 3 Heperopeuce Engelm. |
