松材线虫病死木中真菌和细菌的分离

摘    要:从来自江苏省和浙江省几个疫区的松材线虫(PWN)病病死木的木质部中分离出111个真菌菌株,经鉴定种类为木霉(Trichoderma spp.)、轮枝霉(Verticillium spp.)、青霉(Penicillium spp.)、镰孢霉(Fusarium spp.)、曲霉(Aspergillus spp.)、毛壳菌(Chaetomium spp.)、茎点菌(Phoma spp.)、短梗单孢霉(Dicoccum sp.)、头孢霉(Cephalosporium sp.)、交链孢霉(Alternaria sp.),这些真菌约占分离真菌总数的60%;在43%的未鉴定菌中,除3个菌株为有孢菌外,其余均是无孢菌。可以分离出真菌的病死木占56.42%,从病死木中可分离出细菌的比例达86%,可同时分离到真菌和细菌的比例为43.6%。

Abstract:111 isolates of fungi were isolated from the xylem of the dead pine trees caused by pine wood nematode(PWN) from several diseased forests in Jiansu and Zhejiang provinces of China and identified as:Trichoderma spp.,Verticillium spp.,Penicillium spp.,Fusarium spp.,Aspergillus spp.,Chaetomium spp.,Phoma spp.,Dicoccum sp.,Cephalosporium sp.and Alternaria sp..These identified isolates occupy 60% of total isolates of the fungi.Among the 43% unidentified isolates,there three are sporiferous fungi,all the others were nonsporiferous.All the fungi were isolated from (56.42%) of the total examined dead trees.The bacteria were isolated from 86% of the total examined dead trees.Both fungi and bacteria were isolated simultaneously from 43.6% of the total examined dead trees.
