| 摘 要： | 对2008年江苏镇江出现的火炬松(Pinus taeda L.)枯死现象进行了初步研究。通过野外实地调查和室内检查，证实了这批枯死的火炬松系松材线虫病(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner &; Buhrer) Nickle)危害所致，其在火炬松上的侵染特点为病害发展速度较慢；罹病木松褐天牛产卵刻槽多有脂点且较大；分离物中多混杂有其他线虫。这是江苏省自1982年发生松材线虫病以来首次关于火炬松自然感病的报道。 |

| Abstract: | Pinus taeda L. infected by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in natural environment was found in Zhenjiang of Jian-gsu province in 2008. The disease development was investigated and the result showed that the symptom of P. taeda in-fected by B. xylophilus was different from that of other pines ( P. massoniana and P. thunbergii) ,such as the speed of dis-ease development was lower than that of other pines. The diseased wood usually has many grooves caused by Monocham-us alternatus with larger resin points;The separation of the diseased wood has many other nematode speeies. This is the first reports about the P. taeda L. infected by B. xylophilus in natural environment since 1982 in Jiangsu province. |
