粉煤灰水泥麻屑板工艺

摘    要:分析了粉为灰水泥麻屑板六个主要工艺因素(亚麻屑与粉煤灰水泥的比率、水分与粉煤灰水泥的比率、水玻璃用量、CaCl2用量、粉煤灰在水泥中的掺加量和板子密度)与板子性能之间的关系。结果表明:只要采用合适的工艺条件,用粉煤灰和水泥,以及亚麻屑作原料生产粉煤灰水泥麻屑板是可行的。

Abstract:The cement of fly ash flaxchip board is a kind of panel bonded inorganic compound. This paper analyses by experement that the relationships are among six main manufacturing factors, ie, the ratio of flaxchip and cement with fly ash, the ratio of water and cement with fly ash, the use levels of water glass, the use levels of CaCl 2, the mix levels of fly ash in cement, the density of the board, and the properties of the board. It is possible that the panel bonded inorganic compound can be produced by the cement with fly ash and flaxchip as material so long as the suitable preparing conditions are taken up.
