马尾松木材干燥过程中水分的非稳态扩散

摘    要:影响木材干燥速率的两个主要因素是反映木材内部水分移动阻力的扩散系数和反映外部水分移动阻力的表面扩散系数。笔者根据非稳态扩散的理论,讨论了马尾松木材中水分沿径向扩散的规律,结果表明:扩散系数随木材含水率的降低而降低,随木材厚度的增加而增加;用一组不同厚度的配套试样可以解出木材的表面扩散系数。

Abstract:The diffusion coefficient D and the surface emission coefficient S of unsteady state moisture transfer are the important physical parameters to describe and analyse the moisture transport in lumber drying. Based on the unsteady state theory, this paper discussed the radial direction diffusion of Pinus massoniana . The results indicated: the diffusion coefficient of wood is decrease becomes bigger with the decrease of moisture content with the increase of wood thickness. The surface emission coefficient can be solved by using several matched speciments of different thickness.
