网络式农药细雾立体撒布系统的研究

摘    要:在人工栽培设施条件下,鲜切花极易遭受病虫害危害而造成产量和质量损失。根据网络原理,针对温室,大棚等设施内气流较为稳定,种植床分布规则等特点,通过药液集中稀释加压,高压管网分区排列,小孔径喷头分层立体多点定位等系统单元,研制可自动调压,任意接驳的网络式农药细雾立体撒布系统。

Abstract:Under the condition of man_made protective culture, the yield and quality of cut flowers will be lost because of the various pests and diseases. Based on the network principles, according to the features of both the relative stable airflow in greenhouse or film house, and certain sequent distribution of planting beds, the network_style fine mist spatial spraying system of agricultural medicine has been designed and tested by the means of central dilution, adding high oressure, block piping arrangment, and installing fine opening diameter nozzles on spatial position. With the spraying system moving speed V=0.2m/s,opening diameter =0.8mm,and the system liquid pressure P=0.3MPa, all of the mist particls landed on leaves two metres far vertical direction to the sprayer moving axis were smaller than 50m;the density of mist particle on up surface and reverse surface of leaves deposited on vertical height one metre far from the axis reached 44.0 per square centimeters and 20.5 per square centimeters respectively. Compared with the Changjiang_10A Model back burdening sprayer, the diameter of mist particle sprayed by the spatial system was near four times smaller, the mean density of mist particle on the up surface and reverse side of leaves were increased 4.8 times and 5.6 times respectively. Meanwhile, the labour productivity was over 10 times as higher as the check done.
