栀子黄色素低温真空干燥模型建立与评价

摘    要:选择加热板温度为45 ℃、真空度为008 MPa、料层厚度为7 mm和料液质量分数为20 %的栀子黄色素干燥试验数据作为实测样本,基于Matlab软件,对传统干燥模型进行非线性最小二乘数据拟合求解,确定各模型的干燥常数,建立栀子黄色素薄层干燥数学模型。同时分析了天然栀子黄色素原液低温真空干燥制粉的动力学过程。在常用的8种经验、半经验薄层干燥数学模型中,Page模型对栀子黄色素低温真空干燥过程的拟合效果最佳,该模型可以较好地描述和预测干燥过程中栀子黄色素原液含水率与干燥时间的关系。

Abstract:The test was performed with the heating temperature of 45 ℃,the vacuum level of 0.08 MPa,solution thickness of 7 mm and the solution mass concentration of 20 %.The drying kinetics for low-temperature vacuum drying of Gardenia yellow pigment solution were studied.Eight frequently-used mathematical models in describing the characteristics of thin-layer drying were simulated using Matlab.The simulation results showed that Page model gave the best prediction.Validation experiment also showed that Page model could describe and predict the relationship between the moisture ratio and drying time for low-temperature vacuum drying of Gardenia yellow pigment solution very well.
