凹凸棒滤料曝气生物滤池对微污染原水的处理研究

摘    要:利用具有典型分形特征的凹凸棒滤料作为填料,进行曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理微污染原水实验,根据滤料的挂膜性能,分析曝气生物滤池对微污染水的处理效果。结果表明:孔隙率3388 %,分形维数314的凹凸棒滤料曝气生物滤池,在水力负荷17 m3/ (m2·h)、水力停留时间90 min、气水比1〖DK〗∶1~12〖DK〗∶1、水温216~327 ℃条件下,20 d左右即可完成挂膜过程,自然挂膜容易,时间短,说明分形维数314的凹凸棒滤料表面较为粗糙,有利于微生物附着。正常运行阶段,曝气生物滤池对CODMn、NH3-N和浊度的平均去除率分别可达1466 %、8581 %和5300 %。

Abstract:The micro-polluted raw water was treated by bidoyical oerated filter(BAF) using media with representative fractal characteristics in order to investigate the attapulgite media startup performance and the treatment effect of filter.During filter startup phase,the biofilm culturing process finished in about 20 days under the condition that hydraulic loading was controlled at 1.7 m3/(m2·h),hydraulic retention time 90 min,gas-water ratio 1∶1—1.2∶1 and water tempertature 21.6—32.7 ℃.The results showed that the rough surface of attapulgite media whose fractal dimension was 3.14 and it improved the microbial biofilm growth.During filter operation phase,the removal rate of CODMn,NH3-N,turbidity could reach 14.66 %,85.81 % and 53.00 %respectively,which proved a satisfied degradation effect.
