摘    要:通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察刺槐(Robiniapseudoacacia)幼瘤的超微结构。刺槐根瘤中侵入线丰富、粗大,内具有高电子密度基质,基质中包埋大量根瘤菌。根瘤菌通过降解侵入线壁和从侵入线无壁泡中释放两种方式进入宿主细胞质

Abstract:The ultrastructure of young nodules of Robinia pseudoacacia, examined with TEM and SEM. The infected cells of Robinia pseudoacacia nodules contain plentiful infection threads with electrondense matrix insidel. The thread wall encloses the matrix containing a great deal of the invading rhizobia. The rhizobia escape from the unwalled regions of the infection thread or by means of the degradation of the thread wall, subsequently the bacteria become free in the host cytoplasm.
