竹材增强杨木单板层积材冲击性能的研究

摘    要:研究了在杨木单板层积材中加入竹材作为增强材料,以提高杨木单板层积材冲击性能.结果表明:将竹材加入杨木单板层积材,可以明显地改善杨木单板层积材的冲击韧性.当竹篾分别加入杨木单板层积材的上下次表层和中间部位时,其冲击韧性分别增强了30.4%和27.3%;总冲击能分别提高了31.7%和28.1%.裂纹形成能仅增长7.2%和12.8%;裂纹扩展能增长40.9%和43.4%;韧性指数值提高了27.2%和31.5%.

Abstract:This paper dealed with the feasibility of increasing the impact of poplar laminated veneer lumber by adding bamboo veneer into to the configuration of LVL. The results showed that bamboo could obviously enhance the impact performance of LVL compared with pure poplar LVL. When bamboo was put on the two surface of LVL sandwich and in the middle of that, the impact toughness increased 30.4% and 27.3% respectively. As well as energy W1 went up 31. 7% and 28. 1%. While crack forming energy W1 slightly increased 7.2% and 12.8% respectively. Crack propagation energy Wp increased 40.9% and 43.4% with ductility index increasing 27.2% and 31.5%.
