| 摘 要： | 运用系统工程的思想方法,对江苏林业产业系统及与其相关联的环境系统进行结构与机理分析,从可持续发展的战略高度构建了江苏林业产业发展的多目标体系和总体战略方案体系,并具体构筑了调整和优化林业产业结构、林业产权制度改革、林业产业融资体系建设、林业税费改革、林业产业现代化建设等几方面的详细战略方案体系。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses the structure and mechanism of the system of Jiangsu forestry industry and its correlative environmental systems by the principle and methodology of systems engineering.Then,the multi-objective tree and general strategy system of Jiangsu forestry industry are devised from the point of view of sustainable development.After that,concrete strategy systems are built in the aspects of forestry industry restructuring,institution reforms of forestry property right,construction of the financing system of forestry industry,reform of forestry tax and fees,modernization of forestry industry. |
