| 摘 要： | 辅酶Q10是一种线粒体氧化还原酶的辅酶。目前辅酶Q10的主要应用领域是心血管病临床方面。其疗效主要是改善心肌能量产生，具有抗经活性和使生物稳定的特性。辅酶Q10具有增强体外循环中红细胞膜及免疫功能的作用、体外循环抗氧化能力，治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血等。辅酶Q10的生产方法主要有化学合成法、动植物组织提取法和微生物法。

| Abstract: | Coenzyme Q10 is a kind of oxidoreductase and assistants the function of mitochondrial enzyme. At present, it is used mainly in the clinical aspect of cardiovascular disease. Its major curative effect is to improve the energy of myocardium,to possess the activity of antioxidation and to stabilize the biomembrane. In addition, coenzyme Q10 plays an important part in the immune function of erythrocyte membrane, which exists in the external systemic circulation. It can also strengthen the ability of antioxidation, which belongs to the external systemic circulation, and cure the chronic leukaemia. The main methods to produce coenzyme Q10 are chemosynthesis,animals-and-plants his-to-pick-up and microorganism fermentation. |
