摘    要:通信设备抗震试验规范是检测通信设备在自然灾难或者人为事故后能否安全运行的基础性试验,我国工信部也已把抗震相关指标作为通信设备入网的一项关键内容.常用的地震测试方式有人工合成地震波测试和正弦共振拍波测试.重点比较了美国和中国的两种抗震测试规范,通过实例比较了抗震静拉测试和人工合成地震波测试结果.提出产品设计阶段应做抗震静拉摸底测试,及时掌握设备的抗震情况.对通信设备的抗震设计方面给出了相关的建议.

Abstract:Seismic test specification on telecommunications equipment is a fundamental requirement to test the operation ability after a natural disaster or a man-made accident. Seismic test now becomes one of the key criteria to obtain network access license from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT) of China. Seismic synthesized waveform and sine-wave resonance are two commonly used seismic tests. Both Network Equipment Building System (NEBS) of America and Chinese seismic test specification were studied. The results of the static tensile test and seismic synthesized waveform were compared with each other based on actual examples. The static tensile test was suggested in the product development stage to promptly grasp seismic performance. Some suggestions of seismic design for telecommunications equipment were provided.
