| 摘 要： | 在企业信息化建设的进程中，作为现代管理思想的ERP系统必将成为企业业务运作的主要工具。面对ERP实施的风险，企业应充分意识到ERP的实施是一项系统工程，必须按照项目管理方法进行控制和管理。为提高企业ERP实施项目的成功率，有效规避风险，从企业用户的角度讨论实施ERP项目管理的一般过程和方法更具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | ERP system,as a modern management idea, will be a main method in enterprise business management during the construction of enterprise information. Facing with the risks in ERP application,enterprises should be fully aware that ERP applecation is a systematic engineering and it should be controlled and managed according to the project management methods. In order to be successful in enterprise ERP project and avoid risks,it is quite necessary to discuss the process and method in ERP project management from the point of the enterprise users. |
