| Abstract: | In terms of some problems on students' interests and competence development in present college PE teaching,this papar laid emphasis on "Health is the First". With this guiding ideology, the author did some research on teaching methods, relationship between teachers and students, students' roles and individual differences, with the attempt to arouse students interests and improve their competence. |
