瓷砖釉面TiO2材料的制备及其结构形貌研究

摘    要:文章采用溶胶-凝胶法在瓷砖釉面制备了TiO2纳米薄层,研究了颗粒晶型、表面形貌、颗粒尺寸、薄层属性对釉面瓷砖TiO2材料的光催化活性的影响。研究表明所制得瓷砖釉面TiO2材料晶型以锐钛型为主,表面形貌平整透明,镀5层的厚度为109nm,质量大约为0.00425g。

Abstract:The TiO 2 films material has been prepared on the surface of ceramic tile using sol-gel method in the paper.Effects of crystalline phase,particle size and surface morphology of TiO 2 films on their photocatalysis have been studied.The results of study indicate that the main crystalline phase in TiO 2 films is anatase, The surface is even and transparent,5 times coated is 109 nm, mass amount is probably 0.004 25 g .
