企业能耗与环境负荷的研究

为定量地研究企业在生产过程中因能源和能源介质的使用对环境的影响，文章通过理论计算和实测获得不同能源使用时释放的各类污染物量，由此进一步计算出使用能源的环境污染转化系数。以此在现有能源数据库的基础上定量地研究企业不同产品，不同生产工序的能耗与环境负荷的关系。本文以冶金生产为例，研究了从烧结、炼铁直至最后轧制、加工成材的各类产品全生产过程的环境负荷，研究结果表明，不同工序生产过程的环境负荷有限大的不同；同一产品不同工艺过程，对环境负荷影响也很大。

Research on Enterprise Engergy Consumption and Environmental Loads

In order to study the influence of energy and its medium use on environment,the amount of various pollution in energy use is obtained by calculation and test, the coefficience of air pollution is then calculated . So it is possible to study the relationship between energy consumption and environmental loads during the process on the base of enterprise energy database.As an example,the paper researches the whole metallurgical process,and the results show that different processes,even the same production, the environmental load are much different. The environmental load of iron-making process compared with the ingot casting process, and the environmental load is reduced respectively by continuous casting in producing hot rolling,cold rolling,tin-plating and zinc-plating plate.
