摘    要:研究了不同种类的活性炭样品(原料为椰壳、焦油、木质、果壳)对甲苯的吸附再生性能,分析了温度及活性炭的物理结构性质对甲苯吸附行为的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积及孔体积测试、甲苯吸脱附(甲苯-TPD)等表征结果表明,原料为椰壳和焦油的活性炭的甲苯吸附量及吸附强度相对较大,原因可能为微孔结构有利于甲苯吸附。吸附评价结果表明,微孔内甲苯的吸附扩散需要一定的活化温度,原料为椰壳的活性炭吸附性能最好,并且经过10次重复再生实验,其饱和吸附能力仍可达90%以上。

Abstract:The adsorption and regeneration of toluene by different kinds of activated carbon were studied, and the effects of temperature and physical structure of activated carbon were analyzed. The results of scanning electron microscope(SEM),measurement of specific surface area and pore volume, and toluene adsorption and desorption(toluene-TPD)revealed that the coconut shell activated carbon and tar activated carbon had better adsorption capacity and strength than other activated carbons, caused by the large micropore volume. The adsorption properties of toluene showed that the adsorption and diffusion of toluene in micropores require an activation temperature. The coconut shell activated carbon had the best adsorption performance, and after 10 repeated regeneration experiments, the saturation adsorption capacity could still reach 90% or more.
