大功率LED灯具研究进展

摘    要:发光二极管(LED)作为新一代的光源,具有寿命长、转换效率高、节能环保等优良特性,然而目前的大功率白光LED受到转换效率低和可靠性差等问题的制约。从荧光材料、封装技术、散热技术、驱动电源4个方面入手,对当前大功率LED的研究进展和未来研究方法进行评述。

Abstract:As a new generation of light source,light emitting diode(LED) has several fine properties such as long lifetime, high conversion efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection. However, the present high-power white LED was limited by its low conversion efficiency and poor reliability. The research progress and future research methods of high power LED were reviewed interms of four aspects, namely, fluorescent material, packaging technology, heat dissipation technology and driving power supply.
