摘    要:对我国现有桥梁快速施工技术中的盖梁快速施工方法进行系统分类,归纳出9类预制拼装盖梁施工方法并说明其施工步骤。参考美国NCHRP报告标准,从时效性、功能性、操作性三方面,对预制拼装盖梁工方案进行评价分析并给出各种快速施工方式实际应用条件方面的建议。分析评价结果表明,在一般情况下横桥向的分割拼装方式是最佳施工方案,对特殊要求的施工环境,需要参考给出的评价建议选择最佳的施工技术方案。

Abstract:The existing methods of rapid construction of the pier caps were systematically classified. Nine prefabricated construction methods of pier cap were summarized and the detailed construction steps were elaborated. Prefabricated assembly pier caps were analyzed and evaluated based on the US NCHRP reporting standards, in terms of timeliness, functionality and operation. As for the aspect of applicability, the practical application conditions of various rapid construction methods were given. The results of analysis and evaluation showed that under normal condition, the horizontal partition method of segmentation and assembling of pier cap was the best construction scheme. For the special requirements of the construction environment, the best construction technology program needed to be selected in the reference to the recommended evaluation method.
