摘    要:超声相控阵结构健康监测在大部分结构较为复杂的缺陷检测中是一个极具应用前景的检测技术,它通过计算激励信号的时间延迟而改变波束偏转角,实现对结构的多方位扫描,并通过扫查图像获得检测结果。研究表明,该方法产生的超声波在工件损伤处的聚焦效果尤为明显,缺陷信号能量显著增强,可有效提高信噪比。主要就超声相控阵技术使用过程中,换能器指向性的影响因素和阵元数与聚焦深度之间的关系进行综述;在此基础上,针对复杂结构存在的缺陷检测问题进行常规无损检测与相控阵检测对比分析,详细阐述了相控阵的优势与不足,为更好地辨识由相关因素造成的不良缺陷提供理论基础,并为后续研究指明方向。

Abstract:Ultrasonic phased array structure health monitoring, a highly promising detection technique in most of the more complex defect detection, which changes the beam deflection angle by calculating the time delay of the excitation signal to realize multi-directional scanning of the structure and to obtain results through image scanning. The results showed that the focusing effect of the ultrasonic wave produced in this method was especially evident, and the energy of the defect signal was enhanced obviously, which could effectively improve the noise-signal ratio. The relationship between the influence factors of the directivity of the transducer and the array element and the depth of focusing was summarized. On this basis, the routine detection and phased array detection was compared due to the problem of defect detection for complex structures, the advantages and disadvantages of phased array were expounded in detail, providing a theoretical basis for better identification of defective defects caused by related factors. Finally, the direction for subsequent research was proposed.
