光弹材料条纹系数测定的实验方法研究

摘    要:光弹性法在工业界和生物医学工程中得到了广泛应用,实验前都要测量材料的条纹值,为后续的应力-光学定律中用于求解主应力差值。为了测定光弹性材料条纹系数,利用数字光弹仪分别对梁试件、圆盘试件分别进行了实验测试,得到了暗场的光弹性条纹图,利用采集的条纹图和相应的理论公式进行了条纹值的计算。结果表明,利用圆盘试件所加载荷条纹级次多,所测结果较为精确,并且加载简单易于操作。

Abstract:Photo-elastic method is widely used in industry and biomedical engineering. Material fringe value should be determined for a new experiment in order to supply data to solve principal stress according to stressoptics law. In order to measure fringe coefficient of photo-elastic material beam specimen and circle pan specimen are subjected to compression and tension loads by digital photo-elastic instrument. Then, the darken fields of fringe patterns are obtained and corresponding fringe value can be calculated by picking up fringe patterns through theoretical formula. The result indicates that for the same material the fringe value is significantly precise by circle pan specimen and operation is easy and loading is simple.
