静压气体轴承静态特性的理论研究综述

摘    要:就静压气体轴承静态特性理论研究的历史发展和现状进行总结。系统介绍了雷诺气体润滑方程的近似解析解与数值解的基本方法及新的进展,指出基于雷诺方程的数值解已能满足静压气体轴承静态性能的工程计算精度要求,但对于复杂结构气体轴承性能的准确分析,则有待于三维流场计算技术在静压气体轴承研究领域的进一步应用。

Abstract:A research review is given both on the static characteristics of externally pressurized gas-lubricated bearing and on the approximately analytical solution and numerical solution of Reynolds equation. It is shown that the numerical solution of Reynolds equation is sufficiently precise for the engineering analysis of static characteristics of the familiar bearing. Yet, for the accurate analysis of gas bearings with complicated configuration, the application of three-dimensional fluid computational technology is demanded.
