| 摘 要： | 空心线棒的堵塞是水内冷大型汽轮发电机定子常见故障之一，对其进行在线监测与故障诊断，可为状态检修提供指导作用。在建立出水管测温处温度模型的基础上，用VJ 开发出相应的监测与诊断软件。该软件具有温度查询显示、温度曲线绘制、温度误差曲线绘制、指纹系数的横向和纵向比较、初步的故障诊断等功能。 |

| Abstract: | Blockage of hollow strands is one of the most common faults with the stator in large water-cooled turbo-generator.And on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis constitute the basis of predictive maintenance. Based on the thermal modeling of cooling circuit, this paper briefly introduces the functional modules of the software developed in VJ++. Functions of the software include: querying and displaying of water temperature at the bar outlet end, plotting temperature curves, plotting temperature error curves, transverse and longitudinal comparison of fingerprints, and primary fault diagnosis. |
