摘    要:通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析对武钢焦化氨水回收设备腐蚀问题进行研究,采用全浸动态挂片试验和极化曲线法研究Q235-A碳钢试样在模拟现场工况条件下的腐蚀情况.结果表明,武钢焦化氨水回收设备的腐蚀主要为硫离子和氰根离子所致.

Abstract:The corrosion of the ammonia recovery equipment in the Coking Plant of WISCO was studied with XRD and XPS.By studying the corrosion of Q235-A carbon steel under simulated atmospheric low-pressure ammonia with the immersion tests and polarization curves,it is found that the corrosion of the ammonia recovery equipment mainly results from the existence of sulfur and cyanide ions.
