起重机主梁的疲劳计算

摘    要:冶金起重机主梁的疲劳破坏通常发生在上盖板主焊缝和下盖板对接焊缝处。本文分析了主焊缝的应力状态和引起疲劳破坏的主要因素,介绍了疲劳强度校核和步骤。以金属结构工作级别作为桥梁,导出了疲营寿命估算的简捷方法,提出了提高主梁疲劳强度的措施。

Abstract:Fatigue break-down in the main beam of the metallurgical overhead travellingcrane often occurs generally at the main seam of the top cover plate and the welded jointswbers webs are.butted to the bottom cover plate.This paper analyses the stress conditionof the main welded seam and the principal factor causing the fatigue break--down and introduces the steps of checking fatigue strength. In the paper,a convenient method for makingprojection of the fatigue life expectancy is derived through the medium of the operationallevel of metal structures.Some measures of promoting the fatigue strength of the mainbeam is also proposed.
