| 摘 要： | 探讨安化丸治疗肝炎后肝硬化 ( PHC)的疗效。采用安化丸治疗 PHC患者 60例 ,同时用强肝再生丸治疗3 0例作对照观察。治疗组疗效总有效率为 83 .3 % ,对照组为 4 3 .3 % ,两组疗效有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;随访6个月无复发。安化丸治疗 PHC有显著疗效 ;疗效与安化丸具有多靶作用机理有关

| Abstract: | This study was to investigate the effect of An Hua pill in treating posthepatitis cirrhosis.The treating group consisted of 60 patients,who were treated with An Hua pill.The control group consisted of 30 patients,who were treated with Qiang Gan Zai Sheng pill.The results showed the total effectiveness rate of the treating group was 83.3% and the total effectiveness rate of the control group was 43.3%.There is statistically significant difference between the two groups( P <0.01). Those patients treated with An Hua pill did not have any relapse in 6 months.The results showed that An Hua pill had good effects on post hepatitis cirrhosis patients.The effects might owe to the multifarious target mechanism. |
