摘    要:在碱-复合物二元复合驱中,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的存在可能会使水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)生物降解,粘度降低,从而影响驱油效率。为确定SRB能否在碱-聚合物驱生长,在实验室内用模拟水配制HPAM溶液,研究在含有HPAM的环境中SRB的生长情况。结果表明,在含有合适的营养成分和适宜pH值条件下,SRB经驯化培养后能在任何浓度不大于1000mg/L的HPAM中生长繁殖,且在(API+HPAM)培养基中的生长期延长,而在HPAM溶液中的对数生长期变短,它们的稳定期都比在API培养基中有所延长。因此,在聚合物二元复合驱中也 考虑SRB引起的影响。

Abstract:In alkali polymer flooding solution,hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) could be biodegraded by sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), the viscosity of HPAM solution would decrease, and all these will seriously affect the oil recovery yield. The growth condition of SRB in HPAM solution prepared with imitating water was investigated. Experimental results showed that with rational nutrition components and suitable pH in the culture medium, SRB cultured gradually can grow in any concentration of HPAM (1000mg/L). The logarithm velocity in HPAM nutrient is smaller than that in API nutrient, but stationary phase of SRB in HPAM nutrient is longer than that in API nutrient. Therefore, more attention should be paid to SRB in alkali polymer flooding
