泛比电阻电除尘器极间场强分析

摘    要:泛比电阻电除尘器是一种具有辅助电极和交错平板收尘极的新型电除尘器,它对高比电阻粉尘及低比电阻粉尘均具有较高的收集效率。本文对其极间场强进行了理论分析,导出了电场强度分布式,并与普通线.板式极间场强进行了比较,结果表明,泛比电阻电除尘器的收尘场强较普通的线-板式电除尘器高,且更均匀,从而提高了对泛比电阻粉尘的收集效率。

Abstract:In order to collect dust efficiently,a new-type electrostatic precipitator(ESP) with auxiliary electrodes and interlaced collection plates is developed.The theoretical analyses of the electric field intensity between electrodes are discussed,and the formula for electric field intensity is obtained.The electric field intensity of the ESP is compared with that of the common wire-plate ESP.The results show that the electric field intensity of the new kind of ESP is much stronger and more uniform than that of the common wire-plate ESP.The new kind of ESP.The new kind of ESP can,therefore,be used to collect dust resistivity in wide range with higher efficiency.
