摘    要:采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热模拟试验机,对37Mn5钢进行热模拟实验,研究材料的变形温度、变形程度和变形速率各因素对峰值应变的影响,确定37Mn5钢的临界应变数学模型,用计算机对该模型进行回归分析,得到的结果拟合度较高。

Abstract:By means of THERMECMASTOR-Z hot simulation testing machine, the experiments of hot simulation of 37Mn5 steel are carried out in order to investigate the influence of deformation temperature, deformation level and deformation rate on critical strain. The mathematical model of critical strain of 37Mn5 steel is constructed, and computer regressive analysis of the model finds that the result is of high identical degree.
