摘    要:轧机轴承破坏的形式之一是内圈引导挡边油沟处的破损.本文采用三维有限元法对轴承内圈,特别是对挡边油沟部分的应力状态进行了分析计算,为轧机轴承结构的优化设计提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:One of the failures of inner ring on rolling mill bearing is in the neighborhood of the oil groove of the flanged stop guide on the inner ring. The stress in the inner ring, and in the stop oil groove of the flanged stop guide in special, is analyzed with the help of 3-dimensional finite element analysis. This provides a reliable basis on which optimization design of rolling mill bearing can be made.
