| 摘 要： | 研究一个供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链系统,面对不确定性需求时,运用利益共享合约能实现供应链的协调。当突发事件导致零售商面对的需求分布发生变化时,原有的协调被打破,为此给出了供应链对突发事件的最优应对策略,并改进了利益共享合约,使其能协调应对突发事件,即建立了新的具有抗突发事件的利益共享合约。

| Abstract: | The supply chain system studied in the paper consists of one supplier and one retailer. When faced with stochastic market demand, coordination is possible with revenue sharing contract under some settings. Yet, this coordination may be impaired by an emergent event which results in demand disruption. In this paper, an optimal strategy for supply chain to deal with the disruption is given, and an improved revenue sharing contract that has anti-disruption ability is proposed. |
