摘    要:以某200 t-20 m冶金桥式起重机为对象,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究桥架的变形和应力分布状态,并与现场测试结果进行对比分析.结果表明,该起重机的最大挠度、静态Von Mises等效应力和第1阶固有频率均符合起重机设计规范要求.

Abstract:Finite element analysis was carried out of the deformation and stress distribution of the bridge structure of a certain 200t,20m metallurgical crane by means of ANSYS,a software.It is found that the maximum flexibility,static Von Mises equivalent stress,and natural vibration frequency of first step of the crane conform to design specifications.Meanwhile,ANSYS results are compared with those of field test,which provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the reliability of loading capacity.
