热轧液压AGC的动态模型的研究

摘    要:根据液压AGC系统的构成,同时考虑轧机辊系轧制力的影响,建立了热轧液压AGC系统的动态模型。分析结果表明,所建立的动态模型简单且利于分析轧制过程中各种因素对轧制精度的影响,为系统的优化设计及系统控制性能的研究提供了基础.

Abstract:Having taken the composition of hydraulic AGC system and the effects of draught pressure into consideration, a dynamic model for hydraulic AGC system in a hot strip mill is presented in this paper. The simulation results based on the model show that the model is simple and beneficial to analyzing the influences of processing factors on thickness accuracy. It is significant for designing controller reasonably and studying the response capacities of the system.
