| 摘 要： | 对一般道路交通事故形成原因统计结果进行客观、理性分析后发现，此统计结果存在着过份夸大驾驶员责任而忽视道路因素在预防（或诱发）道路交通事故中影响作用的倾向。针对此问题，对道路因素对道路交通事故的影响作用、现行统计结果的理论基点及产生原因进行了分析，并提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the statistical results of causes of road traffic accidents,this paper has exposed the tendency in the results to magnify the responsibilities of drivers while neglecting the function of the road conditions in preventing (or inducing) traffic accidents. The issue is studied from the angles of effects of road conditions on road traffic accidents, the theoretical basis of the statistical results and the reasons behind The corresponding recommendations have been given . |
